Orders are placed through this website by customers with an account. An order is only accepted once the restaurant confirms it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address.

Some menu items are sold at market price and are marked “Call to order”. These cannot be ordered online and must be arranged by phone.

Items are served during set times (for example midday and evening menus) and may be switched off when they run out. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk). We may change prices and menu items at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Photos are for illustration and the food may look slightly different.

We currently deliver only within Uttara, in the sectors listed at checkout. Please give a complete and correct address and a working phone number. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with order volume, traffic and weather. If we cannot reach you or find the address, the order may be cancelled without a refund.

You can pay by cash on delivery or, where offered, online with bKash.

Online payments are processed securely by bKash. We do not see or store your bKash PIN or OTP. An online order is only sent to the kitchen after the payment has been successfully verified.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity on your account. Please give accurate information. We may suspend an account that is used to place false or abusive orders.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles many ingredients, including dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts and fish. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please call us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a particular allergen.

We use the name, phone number, email and address you give us to take and deliver your orders and to contact you about them. We do not sell your personal information. Payment details are handled by bKash and are not stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We take care to prepare and deliver your order properly. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
